This comprehensive program will integrate many styles of yoga.                                Training starts with a broad perspective on the history and different styles of yoga.  Anatomy and physiology will be taught from both western medicine and ancient medicine.  A solid understanding of body mechanics and body alignment will be the foundation for the teaching and modifying hatha yoga postures and pranayama exercises.  Wth that foundation, students will then learn about the sequences of postures and kriyas.  They will study how to move kundalini energy as taught by Yogi Bhajan.  Kundalini meditations and chanting will be introduced.  Students will be taught how to structure classes for all levels of students and how to modify classes for students with special needs.
