Massage

The Wellness Center is proud to offer exceptional massage therapy. We provide a variety of massage services. We are blessed to have three incredibly talented massage therapists, Lori Cantey, Marquel Dionne, and Diane Lanford.

Lori and Diane offer a combination of all of the following:

Swedish Massage - relaxes the entire body, improving circulation & flexibility while easing tension & increasing oxygen levels in the blood. You leave totally relaxed.

Trigger Point - using finger pressure this aids in the elimination of toxins in the muscles & release of energizing endorphins. A significant decrease in pain is often found after just one treatment.

Deep Tissue - focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles & connective tissues; usually focusing on a specific problem, i.e., limited mobility, postural problems, fibromyalgia, chronic pain or repetitive strain such as carpal tunnel. 

Diane is also acomplished in cranial sacral, Myofacial release,and aromatherapy. She also does Reiki and energy work.

Rounding out our  wonderful massage trio of therapists is Marquel Dionne.  Marquel  is a certified Kundalini yoga teacher whose specialty is Thai yoga massage, which is referred to "passive" yoga.  The recipient lies on the floor on a comfortable mat wearing loose, comfortable.  Since the recipient is relaxed and encouraged to breathe deeply as they are stretched, they can usually can go deeper into the yoga poses and benefit from increased mobility and flexibility.

Fees: One hour- $75.00 Half hour-$40.00                             One and 1/2 hours - $115.00

Special Massage Package!

For the month of Oct/Nov- beginning Oct 19th- a package of 3 one hour massages will be available for $150.00.  This is a saving of $75.00.  Basically one massage will be free since each one hour massage is regularly $75.00!  These packages are applicable for any of our massage therapists.  Each package can be scheduled with one massage therapist only, or interchanged with any/or all three therapists if desired.  The holidays are fast approaching- one or more of these packages would be a wonderful gift of self care for these stressful times and/or holiday season!
