Private Yoga Lessons:
No matter what your level, our yoga instructors can assist you on a one-on-one basis. This is especially helpful for people with health problems that are in need of individual attention.
After an initial evaluation by the doctor, to determine if there are any structural problems and to customize a routine just for you, the cost per lesson is $60/hour & $40/half hour. The doctor will determine which of our yoga instructors can best suit your needs.
